This Privacy Policy forms a part of the User Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “T&C”) of Nuideas Ventures LLP (hereafter referred to as or “The Company” or “We” or “Us”) operating the Platform (https://travalo.in) & application named “Travalo”, and their associated upgrades, patches, and updates and related services (hereinafter the “Platform”) value and respect your privacy and the Company shall make every effort to ensure that the information that you will provide through our Platform will not be misused. This shall apply to all the information collected via the Platform. We are committed to protect your and your family’s personal information when you are using the Platform. We want our services to be safe and secure for our users.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Company shall collect your Personal Information (defined below), use of your Personal Information, and with whom the Company shall share the information. This policy is subject to changes from time to time without any notice. Your continued use of the Platform and Company’s services after the changes in the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service shall constitute as acceptance of the changed policies and you shall be bound by such changes. B. Use of Information

The Company shall use your Personal Information to

• Verify your identity and for fulfilment of Product purchases, transactions;

• Send out and sign up to our newsletters, surveys, or any marketing communication;

• Allow us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.
• Process and perform the contract between the Company and you regarding the delivery of the purchases made through our Platform;
• Improve our customer service and therefore record all communication between the Company and you.
• Serve legitimate interest of the Company by sending you marketing information about Products
• Retain your Personal and Passive Information for the purpose of legal compliances and business requirements, such as for example to maintain business records for a particular period of time.
• Collect information that may be provided by you to complete the purchase on the Platform including billing information using third party intermediary service providers. The Company does not process the payments and neither stores the payment information. Further, the third-party service providers and intermediaries are not permitted to store, retain or use your billing information for any purpose other than a payment processing.

It shall be noted that you are responsible for maintain the confidentiality of your access information and password. You are responsible for the access to your computers, mobile devices etc and it is your responsibility for all the activities that shall occur under your account. The Company may also transfer your information stored on the Platform to other databases such as other supplier systems. The Company uses cookies to differentiate between the users of the Platform. This helps the Company provide better user experience and services to you when you access and browse our Platform. The Company may use the cookies including but not limited as follows:

10) Governance And Jurisdiction

The Platform, Company and any contracts concluded or entered as a result of usage of the Platform are governed by applicable laws in India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
